Why no phone number?
I apologize for not offering phone support, but Trust Nature is a very small, family run business - which makes it quite difficult to "man the phones" at all times. Communicating solely through email is simply quicker, more efficient, and ultimately better for you the customer :-)

How do I add, remove, and update items in my shopping cart?
To add an item, simply click on the corresponding "Add to Cart" button. To change the quantity of an item in your shopping cart, enter a new quantity and then press enter/return on your keyboard. To remove an item in your shopping cart, simply click "Remove this item" in the shopping cart.
Why aren't any items showing up in my shopping cart?
You may need to enable cookies and/or javascript on your browser. The default settings for all web browsers should work fine with our online shopping cart, but if you've made changes or increased your security settings, it may interfere with normal Internet browsing. How can I save my shopping cart for later?
Your shopping cart should remain active (saved) for 12 hours by default. There is no way to save your shopping cart contents indefinitely however. To do so would require you to setup an account, which goes against our policy of simplicity and privacy.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we're only shipping to the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, international shipping to other countries has gotten crazy expensive and very unreliable.
How can I get your products if you don't ship to my country?
You could try using an international shipping forwarder like MyUS or Shipito. These services provide you with a US based shipping address, and then forward your packages on to you in your home country.
How much does shipping cost?
We're now offering FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping (US customers only) for orders over $99. For orders under $99, rates start at $3.95 for Ground (4-7 days) and $7.95 for Priority Mail (3-5 days). Shipping to Canada is significantly more expensive, and varies by service and location. Please add an item to your shopping cart to view exact shipping options and prices.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Placerville, CA (Northern California).
When will my order ship?
Your order will usually ship within 1-2 business days. Typically orders go out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoon. So if you order Monday morning, your order might ship out the same day. But if you order Monday evening, it most likely won't ship until Wednesday.
When will I receive my order?
Priority Mail packages should take about 3-5 days to arrive, and Ground 4-7 days. Shipping to Canada usually takes 1-2 weeks. These are only estimates (not guarantees), and once your order ships - it's completely outside of our control. For example, it's quite common for there to be USPS service delays during the holiday season (December).
What is your return/refund policy?
All topical products may be returned for any reason within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Important: if returning multiple bottles/sticks/jars of the same product, only 1 can be opened.
All supplements may be returned UNOPENED within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Important: The returned products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.

Has my order shipped and how can I track it?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships with a tracking number and instructions on how to track it. If it has been more than two business days since you placed an order, and still have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us for assistance. Note: you may need to look in your SPAM or Junk email folder.
Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
We do our best to ensure timely processing and shipping of your order, but once it's dropped off at the Post Office, it's completely out of our control. Please be patient and allow a few extra days for your order to arrive. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact us for assistance.
Are your Derm-Essentials products available in my local health store?
No, Derm-Essentials products are only available online at TrustNature.com. The low overhead of an online store allows us to offer the lowest prices possible.
